The Staff Selection Commission will hold Stenographer Grade 'C' & 'D' Examination, 2020 in the Computer Based Mode for recruitment to the posts of Stenographers in different Ministries/ Departments. This year, SSC Stenographer Recruitment 2020-21 expected vacancy is above 1200+. The online registration process will be start from 10th October an will be close on 4th November 2020.

✅ Age Limit:
✔️ Stenographer Grade C: 18 to 30 years as on 01.08.2020. i.e. candidates born not before 02-08-1990 and not later than 01-08-2002 are eligible to apply.
✔️ Stenographer Grade D: 18 to 27 years as on 01.08.2020. i.e. candidates born not before 02-08-1993 and not later than 01-08-2002 are eligible to apply.
✔️ The Upper Age Relaxation – 05 Years for SC / ST, 03 Years for OBC, for others as per Government Rules.
✅ Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 12th standard (Matric with 12th class Pass) or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
✅ Selection Process: and Stenography Skill Test.

✔️ ₹ 100/- only for General / OBC candidates.
✔️ No fee for SC, ST, PwD, ESM and all women candidates.
✔️ The fee should be made through online payment mode using BHIM UPI, Net Banking or by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit card or in cash at SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.

✅ What is the eligibility for SSC Stenographer?
✔️ A candidate must be either:(a) a citizen of India, or (b) a subject of Nepal, or(c) a subject of Bhutan, or (d) a Tibetan refugee, or (e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania(Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar),Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
✔️ Candidates must have passed Matriculation with 12th standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
✔️ Candidates who have not acquired the essential qualification as on 01.08.2020 will not be eligible and need not apply.
